This coelacanth is approximately 30" long, 15" tall, 10" wide and weighs about 8lbs. I sculpted this beautiful fish from polystyrene foam, plaster, and epoxy resins. I carved the details by hand into the plaster, and carved the fins by hand from HDPE plastic from recycling plastic buckets, HDPE sheets, Acrylic sheets, or a combination of these materials. It is reinforced with fiber mesh, and is similar to a fiberglass replica. It is light, strong, and easily hangs from one or two points via the 30lb fishing leaders that run through steel washers and then plastic tubes in the fishs body. Also come to my store in search of redfish, flounder, black drum, snook, tarpon, dolphin fish, mahi, dorado, hogfish, striped, largemouth, smallmouth, spotted, and redeyed bass, as well as all sorts of other gamfefish as well as land animals, whales and fowl.
