However, you can always contact me for any return question, or for any other issue you ay have at kbmartin@otelco.net.  There may be an extenuating circumstance in your case.  If so, I'm a reasonable man, who prefers happy as apposed to disgruntled customers whenever possible.  So, try me, but buyer-remorse cases need not bother!

ANY ITEM ARRIVING DAMAGED IS MY RESPONSIBILITY AND I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT please send me photos of the damage.  photos of the packaging, as well as the product itself.

Whatever your issue, give me a chance first.  I really prefer the old addage that the customer is always right, and most of the time I can keep that policy up.
