Shipping policy

All orderts ship FREE via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery

I pay for ALL shipping in cases of items that arrive damaged, whether it is a case of my repairing, or an exchange, or simply sending another product.  I make it right if it arrives damaged. 

For normal orders, I usually ship within 3 business days.  My products are allready made and on the shelf, the item you see is the Item you get.  However, I pack each one at the time of purchase in a box that I make custom for each piece.  I hope to have them prepackaged in the future, but at present it can take me a couple of days to pack each item.  I ship FedEx Ground/HomeDelivery, and they pick up here Monday-Friday.  As I've said, I live in rural Alabama, and my FedEx drivers come from more than 50 miles away.  They cover a lot of ground, and run on a tight schedule.  Therefore there are rare days when they simply can't get to me in time to get back to they hub by their deadline.  They almost never miss me 2 days in a row, even the busy week before Christmas, and so you can pretty well expect your shipment to go out in 3 to 5 business days.  You can do the math.  I STRONGLY advise any Holiday purchase to be made at least a full 2 weeks in advance and even more if you are outside of the South East.
