This Speckled trout is approximately 25" long. The base is 42" long and 9" wide. The grass sticks up about 15". Everything in this was scratch-made from plaster (drywall joint compound, to be precise) Fiber tape, acrylic sheeting (plexiglass), plastic from the buckets the joint compound comes in, styrofoam, craft wire, and possibly a few other sources of plastic like cattle feed conainers etc. I used epoxy clay for the scallops, but the shells are natural. the oysters are totrally drywall mud, aka joint compound. All of rhe plaster is thoroughly soaked in, and covered by epoxy resin. The scallop shells, sand and cedar limbs are natural, all else is manmade.
